one8 Commune is built on Virat Kohli's journey — new places, endless stories, other cultures — brought home as a space to be together and build moments.
The kitchen runs from Rajasthani laal maas to Tibetan jhol momo, dimsum, sushi and pizzettas; the bar pours five house martinis. And there's a box on the menu called Virat's Favourites. Shall I start you there?

• Mushroom Googly Dimsum — wild mushrooms, cream cheese, truffle oil
